INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups spinach

  • Mixed cabbage

  • Chopped red onions

  • Chopped bell peppers

  • 4-5oz meat (ground beef, ground venison, ground turkey, etc)

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage

  • Dressing of choice (goal <80kcal per serving)

PRO TIP

  • Taco salads are great for salsa + light sour cream or greek yogurt as dressing
