4 Delicious and Nutritious Meal Ideas for a Mid-Week Healthy Eating

During a busy work week it can be so hard to keep on track! Use these simple and fast recipes as a fallback if you are having a hard week! Also, I realize not everyone has access to venison, so feel free to sub a lean ground meat in its place.

Day 1:
Pork steak, 1/2 sweet potato, sautéed veggies. Veggies included broccoli, onions, and coleslaw. We just sauté them in olive oil with some salt/pepper/seasonings.

Day 2:
Salad with ground venison. Spinach, coleslaw, red onion, bell pepper, cottage cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.

Day 3:
Ground venison continued leftovers are our friends. We had some leftover sweet potato too. The other side dish was delicious. Roasted brussel sprouts with a delicious drizzle. Here is the recipe link.

Day 4:
Venison burgers, chopped and roasted sweet potatoes, and coleslaw. I tried a new dressing for this as well and it was amazing. We used a bag of coleslaw and half a bag of broccoli slaw, also added sunflower seeds . Here is the recipe link.
